Having accumulated two decades of rich experience in the field of analytical chemistry his expertise spans various domains including discovery chemistry, quality studies, large-scale purification, compound characterization, method validation and transfer, and analytical development services. Possessing extensive experience, he adeptly steered a team of 200+ analytical scientists. He excels in establishing and enhancing cutting-edge analytical laboratories, showcasing a significant area of expertise. His skill in implementing the Six Sigma methodology and ensuring operational excellence has consistently led to heightened quality and performance of the analytical services. He holds an M.Tech from IIT Delhi and a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from IIT Madras, he continued to broaden his horizons through postdoctoral research at McGill University, Canada.

Selva is a Human Resources professional with close to three decades of experience in HR & IR functions in different industrial sectors. Selva is the Head HR of Tube Investments of India Ltd. At 3xper, he is responsible for identifying and staffing the right talent across the functions and lead the entire gamut of HR-related activities. Selva holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. He has also completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) from the Harvard Business School, USA.

Anuradha is the Head of Supply Chain Management at 3xper Innoventure Limited. With 20+ years of experience spanning across Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Business Development, Planning, Sourcing, Procurement and Program management, in different pharma sector like API, finished dosages, Specialty fine chemicals and Chemicals. At 3xper, Anuradha is responsible for steering the entire scope of supply chain activities. Anuradha holds a degree in Chemical Engineering along with Business Management. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI-USA).

Dr. Arunachalam serves as the Head of R&D at 3xper Innoventure Limited and brings 25+ years of expertise in synthetic organic chemistry. His expertise in the field of multi-step complex small molecule synthesis with relative ease is well recognized in the industries. His heightened knowledge spans diverse areas like innovative methodologies, library synthesis, organic catalysis, stable isotope-labeled compound synthesis, and metabolite synthesis. He excels in the domain of process research and development, expertly applying principles such as Quality by Design (QbD) and Design of Experiments (DOEs). He has immense knowledge in the safe design of synthetic routes including safety evaluation of the reactions. Additionally, he has guided several postgraduates to achieve their Ph.D. aspirations and authored 30 publications in prestigious international journals. His academic journey commenced with an M.Sc. in Chemistry from IIT-Chennai, M. Tech in rubber technology from IIT-Kharagpur, Ph.D. from IIT-Mumbai, followed by a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the National Taiwan University in Taipei.

At 3xper, Balaji is responsible for strategic planning, enquiry-to-order and order-to-delivery processes. Ganesh is Head of Business Development at 3xper Innoventure Limited. He comes with 20+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, wherein, he led, built, and managed business teams across geographies covering CDMO and CRO business. At 3xper, Ganesh is responsible for driving business development through internal and external efforts, and new initiatives in line with strategy and market dynamics. Ganesh is a management graduate with a degree in chemical engineering.

With more than three decades of experience, Govind has led Indian multinational pharma companies as CEO and Managing Director and steered its growth strategies for close to two decades.
